Activity Challenge

Hello Jewels and Gents! This week I’ll be focusing on making working out a habit. As the saying goes it takes 21 days to create or break a habit and 90 days to make it a lifestyle.

Now, the challenge is only to do some form of activity at the same designated time daily 3 times this week, starting today. Coincidentally, during this past week WW meeting the focus was activity. Probably not a coincidence for me, just confirmation that I need to workout. Anyways, I challenge any of you that want to join to start with 3 days this week and then 3 days the following week and beyond.

While my challenge says just 3 days, I honestly want to shoot for everyday. Because knowing me, I’ll start off great. Then, I’ll have what they call a rest day, next it turns into 2 days and then a week has gone by. So, if I can dedicate 30 minutes of my daily life to things I enjoy doing for working out like walking, jogging, or yoga, then I’ll be well pleased with myself. Now, if I add in some weights and other gym like stuff, even better. But, I’m sticking to the basics and what I know I’m happy doing, although I hate working out. Yet, we gotta do what we gotta do to get the results we are striving for.
